the process

Start by filling out our web form or give us a call to set up a complimentary in-home consultation. We visit your home or commercial space to understand your vision and needs. We bring the showroom to you so you can view all the samples and fabrics under your lighting and interior style. At this time we will also get your precise measurements, which will allow us to provide you with a same day quote. Once a decision has been made to proceed, we will place your order and contact you when it’s ready to be installed. After installation, in the rare case you have a warranty issue we deal with you directly and visit your space to review if we need to fix or replace your product (no shipping or reaching out to manufactures on your part).
